CPX Sports has gone the extra mile to provide area youth groups with a safe and affordable day trip guaranteed to receive rave reviews! This unique and exciting package has been discounted to make it affordable for groups with tight budgets. These outings are available to organized youth groups only (church groups, park districts, schools, athletic clubs, etc.) and are available Wed-Friday and on Sunday only. Advanced purchase of 14 days and a minimum of 10 players is required to book one of our 2 youth group options. All participants in this package must be between 10-17 years old. Notice: For any players under the age of 18...Please print out the form below, sign and date the waiver, and bring the completed underage waiver with you on the day of your event.
