| Policies:
All advance purchase private games are non-refundable. Games are played rain
or shine. Your paid advance purchase private game at CPX Sports is the same
as buying a ticket to a concert or sporting event. If you do not use it, no
credit, refund, exchange, or other compensation will be paid for persons not
present at the date and time of the private game. All additional players
added to a Private Games Package with less then 7 days until event date will incur a $10 per
player Late Fee - non-negotiable. Rescheduling policy: More than 7 days notice = $50 fee; Less than 7 days notice = $100 flat fee plus $5 per player. |
